Since college (Dec. 2021) I started a beautiful collaboration with Ilona Ghioroaie, a performance athlete, with the best WTA ranking of 341 (Oct. 2022). Going on tournaments and being with her almost daily, I had the chance to face various situations, in which a good decision, made quickly and adapted as precisely as possible to that moment, made the difference.
These moments further increased my desire to continuously develop. Thus, after graduating from the University of Pitești, specializing in Physiotherapy and Special Motricity (2022), I decided to improve my skills in manual therapy, participating in various courses (2022-2024) in which I acquired skills and knowledge regarding massage techniques, medical taping, trigger point therapy, cupping, flossing and IASTM.
Wanting to grow even more, I discovered the Dry Needling Romania project, within which I attended workshops and courses, such as: MSK ULTRASOUND, for an accurate assessment,
MT1-MT2, to deepen effective techniques regarding manual therapy, QUALITY CIRCLES LOW BACK PAIN, CLINICAL REASONING, TOP 30 Dry Needling, MSK CLINICAL ANATOMY and CERVICO-CRANIO-MANDIBULAR REHABILITATION

Absolvent al Facultatii de Kinetoterapie și Motricitate speciala din cadrul Universității Naționale de Educatie Fizică și Sport în anul 2019, aceelasi an in care m-am inscris la Institutul Roman de Osteopatie OSTEORE.
After a period in post-traumatic recovery, I got a job at Enayati Medical City, a hospital specializing in neurological recovery.
As a former high-performance athlete, I focused on sports recovery and postural relearning, a path I continue to follow today.
In 2020, I completed the FIFA online courses called the FIFA Medical Diploma specializing in sports recovery, followed by other courses in Trigger Point, Flossing, Cupping and Tapping.
In 2022 I took the Dry Needling Top 30 courses.
Going through injuries, I realized how important it is to choose a recovery method and understand the needs of each patient.

In 2021, I completed all four basic massage modules to obtain the Massage Technician qualification: Somatic Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology and Therapeutic Massage.
The main theme of the diploma thesis was massage and beneficial therapies during the prenatal period.

Depending on the needs, I choose to combine several practices to achieve the most effective results, tailored to each individual client.
I deal with both the prevention and relief of pain with the help of manual therapy, therapeutic massage, cupping therapy and IASTM, as well as the aesthetic field (facial massage, anti-cellulite massage) and relaxation (including prenatal massage).

George Timis
Being always present in martial arts halls, I quickly understood that strength and health should never be separated.
The first major step was in 2018 when I participated in the "Sport Strength Coach" course (supported by the International Strength and Conditioning Institute) where I began to study Sports Training Periodization of different disciplines.
I then got involved in 2019 (and to date) in the mentorship program of Phil Daru (USA), the physical trainer of many famous contact athletes, where I delved deeper and took exams on the physical training of MMA, BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling fighters.
From 2020 until today, I have sought to add as many tools as possible in the area of prevention and recovery of conditions present in martial arts, graduating from the Masseur Technician course, and within Dry Needling Romania, the MSK Clinical Anatomy and Manual Therapy modules.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Physiotherapy and the Master's Degree in Motor and Somato-Functional Rehabilitation at UNEFS.
In 2017, I took the Fascia Integration Therapy course accredited by the Dutch Physiotherapy Association, where I learned to identify fascial restrictions and apply manual and assisted fascial mobilization techniques (IASTM).
In 2020, I took the Dry Needling course at DGS Academy, learning to safely and effectively apply the rapid treatment of myofascial trigger points.
In 2022, two MSK Clinical Anatomy modules followed, during which I improved my knowledge of palpatory anatomy, learned to correctly identify bone landmarks and distinguish various types of tissues.
Within the clinical treatment, I combine elements of dry needling with those of fascial therapy and osteo-articular manipulations.

ALEX MUREȘAN
The founder/coordinator of this recovery company (Med Rehab Team) and, at the same time, a physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience in the recovery of neurological conditions within the Clinical Recovery Hospital in Cluj Napoca.
Alex is a bachelor's - master's degree graduate, and will continue his doctoral studies at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca - Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, which will give him the opportunity to become a university assistant at this university and an associate professor at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca.
At the same time, he has been working as vice president of the ROHA Association since 2016, together supporting people with neuromotor disabilities who live or benefit from specialized treatments in Cluj County.
Medical recovery and the complexity of this field represent a great passion, especially neurorehabilitation, along with the entire process that patients undergoing these trials go through.
He is always amazed by the recovery capacity of people in the process of overcoming a traumatic episode.
He believes that every person has the right to attention, empathy, support, involvement and compassion from us, the medical team. All of the above translates into the quality of recovery services. From the above, his desire to build a multidisciplinary, well-structured team was born, with an interest in solving musculoskeletal disorders.
His goal is for the services offered to substantially improve the life of each patient!

Gabriel Ionut Cojocaru
Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Mountain Sports in Brasov, specializing in physiotherapy and special motor skills, and master's student at the same faculty specializing in prophylaxis and somato-functional recovery through physical exercise.
In 2021, I began participating in the first Dry Needling Top30 DN course (12.09) at the David G. Simons Academy, and I will complete my studies with the next two courses, Advance Lower Body (03.05.2022) and Advance Upper Body (11.10.2022).
